Sunny Parmar holds an LL.B and LL.M. degree from Mumbai University, with a specialization in Tax Laws. He joined the firm’s Mumbai office in March 2026 as an Associate, with experience in both Direct and Indirect Tax Litigation.

He advises and represents clients in a wide range of direct and indirect tax matters, with a particular focus on tax litigation. His practice includes appearing before tax authorities, appellate forums, and various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He is actively involved in drafting appeals, writ petitions, legal submissions, opinions, and other litigation-related documents, while assisting in the formulation and execution of litigation strategy across complex tax disputes.

Alongside his legal expert he brings over 6 years of experience in accounting and auditing, which enhance his understanding of tax disputes and help clients navigate complex tax matters effectively.
