Tanishq Arora works extensively in the area of tax litigation, with a focus on Indirect Tax and Direct Tax matters, including GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Income Tax. He is actively involved in drafting petitions, appeals, written submissions, affidavits, and other pleadings, alongside conducting detailed legal research on statutory provisions, case laws, and procedural questions arising under tax laws.

He has attended court proceedings before the Bombay High Court, CESTAT, and the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal (MSTT), and has prior litigation exposure across the Supreme Court of India, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, RERA, NGT, and various District Courts, having worked with tax and litigation practitioners across Mumbai, Delhi, and Chandigarh. His experience also extends beyond litigation practice to an in-house counsel role with Tata Motors Limited.
