Annweshaa Laskar, has over 6 years of experience in tax and commercial laws. She transitioned to indirect tax in 2020 and now specializes in GST, customs and erstwhile taxes, advising on issues such as classification, export of goods, e-invoicing, and more. She has successfully drafted and argued matters before various authorities, including Supreme Court, High Courts and Tax Tribunals.

She has also worked on regulatory law issues such as FSSAI, Legal Metrology and Foreign Trade Policy. Prior to her focus on indirect tax, she dealt with civil and criminal suits, drafting commercial agreements, and representing clients in court matters related to recovery suits, anticipatory bail, and writ petitions.
